15. September 2017 in Zeeland. Der Herbst hat sich auch hier an der Küste angekündigt - mit viel Wind, Regen und vom Herbst gefärbten Blättern. So auch an diesem Morgen. Am späteren Vormittag hörte es auf zu regnen, die Sonne brach durch, aber der Wind war geblieben. Von den Bäumen tropfte es noch längere Zeit - mal mehr, mal weniger - in Pfützen und Becken. Beim Beobachten dieser Situation kam ich auf eine Idee:
Mit der Kamera das Aufklatschen der Tropfen - machmal war es ein richtiges Prasseln - in die Pfützen im Sonnenlicht - gesäumt von Blättern in vielen Farben und Farbtönen - festhalten; anders ausgedrückt: das Licht- und Farbenspiel oder -spektakel einfangen.
Diese Aufnahmen machte ich dann am 15. und weiteren September-Tagen mit ähnlichen Wetterverhältnissen

September 15, 2017 in Zeeland (NL). Autumn has also announced itself here on the coast - with lots of wind, rain and autumn-coloured leaves. That was also the case this morning. Later in the morning it stopped raining, the sun broke through, but the wind had stayed. It continued to drip from the trees - sometimes more, sometimes less - into puddles and pools for some time. While observing this situation, I came up with an idea:
Capture with the camera the splashing of the drops - sometimes it was a real pattering - into the puddles in the sunlight, lined with leaves in many colours and hues; in other words, capture the play or spectacle of light and colour.
I then took these photos on the 15th and further September days with similar weather conditions.
